It has come to our attention that Amazon.com lists inexpensive tablet computers running the Android OS, that are labeled "by KuBi". The tablets are listed in multiple Amazon seller storefronts. These "by KuBi" tablet computers and stores have no relation to our product, the Kubi Telepresence Robot or to our company, Xandex Inc.

Xandex Inc. does not manufacture or service tablet computers of any kind. If you have purchased one of these tablet computer products through Amazon and need assistance, please contact Amazon.com and ask to be put in contact with the seller (NOT Xandex Inc.)
